At Parul Garg Beauty, we strive to ensure you are delighted with your purchase; however, due to the hygiene-sensitive nature of cosmetic products, we only accept returns or exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please ensure all return requests are initiated within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
Return Process

Email our support team within 48 hours of receiving your order, including your order number and clear photos of the damaged or incorrect product.

Our quality control team will review your claim within 2-3 business days to verify the defect or shipping error against our dispatch logs.
- 3.Package Your Return
Once approved, place the unused item in its original packaging. We will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address at no additional cost.
- 4.Resolution
After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
